My body trembles and aches with a violent anger ready to be released.
But remains caged like an animal at the zoo.
One day, I will snap and it won't be pleasant.
But for right now, this anger manifests itself through weeping.
Lord, be with me tonight, for it will be a long one.
Knock out the pride within me.
Crumble these walls.
Till up the fallow ground of my cold heart.
And fill it with eternity.
But my flesh will fight all the way.
So I plead with You!
O LORD! BREAK ME!
